根據昨天各縣市政府公布的8月買賣移轉棟數，和7月相較，台北市月減32.4%、新北市月減13.7%，台中市月減13.9%、台南市月減26.2%，房市交易量重挫，各界開始擔憂，房價愈漲愈高，不動產交易追價續航力不足。

台南市降溫的速度位台北市之後，上的快，下來也快。
面對台南這麼多大樓的推案，建商已經開始準備面對寒冬了。
QE退場，利率上升，加上奢侈稅加嚴，先前進場的投資客準備跳水了，591調價的案子越來越多，先前的成大城賣的不錯，真佩服興富發準確的在景氣反轉前結清。
