因權限不足 借表哥帳號波文 小弟目前現職過兩天滿一年 八月時請朋友內推台積 就去面試了 背景為116工科碩 大學有重考及延畢過 所以雖只工作一年 但目前已經28歲 公司 現職 TSMC 職務 TSE 14廠蝕刻製程 薪資 40K 45k 年薪 550k(未稅) 首年聽說加分紅有700k 工時 9~10hr 12hr+ 地點 台北 台南 住 親戚家(免房租) 租屋 交通 騎機車 現職是一間約40~50人的小公司 老闆目前是跟我說明年四月會幫我加薪 會>42k 但我估最多就44~45k了 優勢大概就是公司沒有加班文化 但劣勢就是沒有分紅 薪水就直接*14 而且小公司沒有什麼升遷 部門主管就佔在那 除了幾位部門主管有年紀外其他都是年輕人 但是穩穩做也餓不死這樣 昨天收到offer實在有點驚訝 畢竟自己本身沒什麼亮點 都是默默做事那種 各位覺得這個時機點的我該去台積拼一下嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.171.116.115 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1411483493.A.81B.html
