中國船爭議 管碧玲要求2天內撤銷核准

經濟部能源局預計在彰化外海發展「離岸風力發電系統」，但因工程開放中國大陸國企的工作船與工作人員來台參與探勘，引發民進黨立委管碧玲質疑。管碧玲今晚表示，航港局核准中國工作船來台已違反「臺灣地區與大陸地區海運直航許可管理辦法」第七條的規定；她將提案要求航港局兩天內撤銷該違法准許，並追究相關人員責任。

管碧玲說，航港局宣稱依據「臺灣地區與大陸地區海運直航許可管理辦法」第七條核准該中國工作船，但根據該辦法當時修訂的精神，是為了帆船、遊艇、實習船與研究船，絕不包含工作船；且該中國工作船來台目的明顯是「接駁、進出從事施工營造」，而非「航行港口」。

管碧玲也說，她將在明天的交通委員會上持續關注、質詢此事件，並要求交通部長等相關官員表態，一定要把違法的中國工作船擋下，「我絕不認命！」
