佈魯塞爾, 2013年9月11日 /美通社-PR Newswire/ -- 繼5月上升0.1%和6月下滑0.3%之後，世界大型企業研究會 (The Conference Board) 英國先行經濟指數（Leading Economic Index，LEI）在2013年7月上升0.7%。在構成指數的7個指標中，5個指標推動了7月指數上升。當前指數點位為104.

佈魯塞爾, 2013年9月11日 /美通社-PR Newswire/ -- 繼5月上升0.1%和6月下滑0.3%之後，世界大型企業研究會 (The Conference Board) 英國先行經濟指數（Leading Economic Index®，LEI）在2013年7月上升0.7%。在構成指數的7個指標中，5個指標推動了7月指數上升。當前指數點位為104.6 (2004=100)。

世界大型企業研究會的歐洲經濟學家佈賴恩-施特克恩 (Brian Schaitkin) 表示：「英國先行經濟指數在7月重新呈現上升勢頭，這表明英國經濟在今年剩下來的時間裡將會繼續實現小幅增長。企業和消費者目前都充滿信心，這在一定程度上是因為，英國最大貿易合作夥伴歐元區的經濟情況有所改善。不過，儘管商業環境不斷得到改善，但企業利潤不高可能會打擊企業在近期追加投資的興趣。」

繼5月和6月分別上升0.3%和0.2%之後，衡量當前經濟活動的世界大型企業研究會英國同步經濟指數（Coincident Economic Index®，CEI）在2013年7月上升0.2%，目標指數點位元為104.3 (2004 = 100)。
