愛山林改採人工撮合

證交所表示，愛山林(2540)因股價漲幅較大，連續5個營業日公布為注意股票，將對愛山林股票的交易採取處置措施，自今（12）日起5個營業日採人工管制撮合作業。

證交所說，因該股票係變更交易方法為全額交割股票，處置期間約每10分鐘撮合一次。

愛山林8月營收金190萬元，前8個月營收218.9萬元，較去年同期減少29.86％；今年年上半年每股虧損1.09元。愛山林昨天股價以漲停價35.3元收盤，成交量僅有22張。

證交所強調，愛山林目前財務基本資料並未明顯改善，對於近日股價持續異常上漲情形，特別籲請投資人買賣愛山林股票前，應查詢該公司相關資訊揭露，並參酌財務業務基本面審慎為之。
