東明控股 第一上市過關

工商時報【記者呂淑美╱台北報導】

證交所昨（11）日召開上市審議委員會，一致通過開曼東明控股公司（5538）的申請股票上市案。

證交所表示，開曼東明控股應揭露下列相關事項，並俟股票公開銷售完畢且股權分散符合上市標準後，同意其股票上市：一、最近3年度及申請2013年度上半年度業績變化合理性評估。二、與同屬集團企業東和資源控股主要業務或主要商品，有無相互競爭情形評估。

證交所表示，開曼東明控股董事長為蔡清東，目前實收資本額15億元，淨值27億7,697萬元，主要業務為不銹鋼緊固件及不銹鋼線材。每股稅前盈餘方面，99~101年各為3.02元、0.61元、1.08元，102年上半年達0.88元。
