標題[心得] 工作一周感想

在南部著名的血汗工廠工作一星期了 學到的東西如下 1.進料和出料的帳 大約2小時要清點統計一次 2.尺寸有問題 還要自己動手凹機殻...＠＠ 如果繼續待下去 未來工作應該就是把這條產線顧好 工作時數很長0830-2100（一到五） 不算加班費 星期六正常來說要加班0830-1730 可報加班 這樣算下來一個月含加班約有44Ｋ 正在猶豫要不要繼續 因為好處也不少 1.吃飯公司全部補助 2.說實在工作壓力不大 東西點清楚就可以 3.風氣到目前感覺不很差 但就是時間長 4.主管人不錯 5.離家近 可是如果要換一間 只想在南部工作 但是又不好找 不然就是給的錢超少的 做久了再換 又怕被定型成是生產線的班頭 就無法到想去的職務 真是很難抉擇 也只能騎驢找馬了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.47.164.75
