駕貨車輾斃機車騎士　司機違反禁行規定被訴

【黃哲民／新北報導】61歲郭姓男子去年12月27日下午4時許，駕駛21噸貨車行經新北市新莊區重新堤外便道，輾斃騎機車摔倒被捲入貨車輪下的游姓男子。新北地檢署查明該路段禁行15噸以上重車，今起訴郭男涉犯業務過失致死罪嫌，最重判5年。

起訴指出，游男當時騎機車在右側與貨車併行，不慎撞到路邊凸起石墩，人車向左傾倒，當場被郭男駕駛的貨車右後輪輾斃。

郭男供稱平時都開車走這條路，而依現場監視畫面顯示，郭男的貨車幾乎佔用整個車道，事故鑑定也指郭男駕駛貨車違規行駛禁行路段，又未保持與游男機車的安全間距。
