立法院長王金平今天晚上返台，開記者會說：「不能接受不肖司法人員依照違法偵查、片面認定關說行為的報告定罪。」

檢察總長黃世銘現在召開記者會，認為「不肖司法人員」用詞太重，他無法接受。
