針對立法院長王金平今晚返國談話，總統府副秘書長羅智強今晚表示，馬總統聽完王金平對其涉入司法關說案的說明，馬總統感到十分失望，王金平的聲明把重點放在質疑特偵組的法律程序，這部分檢察總長黃世銘已有詳細說明，大家可以參考，但對最關鍵的問題上，也就是王金平關說民進黨鞭柯建銘的司法案件，王完全對此完全避而不答。

【中央社台北10日電】總統府副秘書長羅智強今天說，總統馬英九聽完立法院長王金平對司法關說案說明後，對王金平的聲明十分失望。

被控關說司法案件的立法院長王金平今天返台，發表聲明否認關說，批評特偵組濫權，並強調「非法的指控，我絕不能接受」。

羅智強晚間在總統府召開記者會表示，王金平聲明把重點放在質疑特偵組法律程序，這部分檢察總長黃世銘昨天已有詳細說明；但王金平對最關鍵問題，就是王金平關說民主進步黨立法院黨團總召柯建銘的司法案件部分，王金平完全避而不答。
