美參院共和黨領袖不挺攻敘　將投反對票

【綜合報導】美國總統歐巴馬10日晚間對全美發表演說，尋求對軍事制裁敘利亞的支持，但美國參院共和黨領袖麥康奈（Mitch McConnell）隨後公開表示，他將對攻敘法案投下反對票。
 
麥康奈指出，重要的國家安全不能在敘利亞問題上開玩笑，他認為美國出兵敘利亞的長期戰略有「太多謎團了」，因此將投下反對票。
 
在此同時，美國國防部長黑格（Chuck Hagel）也表示，美國對敘利亞軍事行動還要有外交政策的配套，才能確保成功。
