印度男出軌可判刑　前提老婆自殺死

【綜合報導】印度最高法院宣佈，如果男人背妻偷吃，一旦罪名成立，有可能面臨最高三年監禁，不過大前提是，要證明太太是因丈夫出軌自殺而死。

英國《每日郵報》報導，假如有足夠證據證明丈夫偷吃，是導致太太自殺的直接原因，男子就會面臨殘忍罪指控。不過法院解釋，男子如果單是與另一名女子發生親密行為，抑或是無法履行在婚姻中的義務，都不算犯罪。不過最終如何取捨，都是要看法官判決。印度最高法院，是在推翻一件案件裁決後，作出這個宣佈。

1996年，一名妻子因為丈夫長年出軌，感到被遺棄以及失去伴侶而自殺，她的丈夫被控殘忍罪及教唆自殺罪，但不服上訴。最高法院認為，丈夫出軌並不是令她自殺的主因，而且亦無證據證明，案中丈夫教唆太太自殺，因此判他無罪。

只有證實妻子是因丈夫出軌自殺身亡，負心漢才有機會被判囚3年。香港蘋果日報
