總統府跳針：如果這不是關說，那什麼是關說

【綜合報導】立法院長王金平今晚針對關說疑雲發表談話後，總統府也在晚間22:00召開記者會回應。
 
總統府發言人羅智強在記者會上，選擇性逐字朗讀王金平與柯建銘的「關說」監聽譯文，包括「好啦」、「勇伯要處理」、「他會處理他會弄」，「不知道，就讓他處理」、「他跟我說ＯＫ了」等等。
 
羅智強說，最後柯建銘案件，林秀濤沒有上訴，案件無罪定讞，「如果這不是關說，那麼，什麼是關說」，還說，「這不但是關說，還是一個成功的關說，因為柯建銘的司法案件，果然ＯＫ了，果然被處理了，果然因為林秀濤檢察官沒有上訴，而無罪定讞，這一切在王院長的今天聲明當中，完全不觸及」。
