呂秀蓮籲馬總統停建核四 將功補過

國民黨立委李慶華宣布撤回核四公投案。前副總統呂秀蓮說，肯定李慶華識大局的「急流勇退」，不必勞動全國同胞。她也呼籲馬英九總統應自動宣布停建核四，以為他悖離人情義理並涉嫌違法亂憲的政治鬥爭行為「將功補過」。

呂秀蓮也宣布，原訂明天（11日）向台北市政府呈送的公投擋核四連署提案，延後於本周六（14日）下午2點進行。

她也呼籲立法院於開議後，從速通過「核子反應器設施管制法」修正案，使核電廠半徑50公里範圍內的公民投票取代全國性公投，以確保逃命圈範圍內居民的生命財產安全。
