大陸國家統計局10日公布，2013年1-8月商品房銷售面積7億0,842萬平米、年增23.4%，增速較前7月回檔2.4個百分點；其中，住宅銷售面積年增24.4%。1-8月商品房銷售額4兆5,724億元(人民幣,下同)、年增34.4%，增速較前7月回檔3.4個百分點；其中，住宅銷售額年增35.7%。

大陸1-8月全國房地產開發投資5兆2,120億元、年增19.3%，增速較前7月回檔1.2個百分點；其中，住宅投資3兆5,738億元、年增19.2%，增速回檔1個百分點，占房地產開發投資的比重為68.6%。
 
大陸1-8月房地產開發企業房屋施工面積58億5,553萬平米、年增14.4%，增速較前7月回檔1.8個百分點；房屋竣工面積4億6,650萬平米、年增4.6%，增速回檔3.3個百分點。1-8月大陸房地產開發企業土地購置面積2億1,482萬平米、年減9.1%，降幅較前7月擴大7.7個百分點；土地成交價款5,050億元、年增5.2%。截至8月底，大陸商品房待售面積4億4,355萬平米，較7月底增加82萬平米。

1-8月大陸房地產開發企業到位資金7兆6,960億元、年增28.9%，增速較前7月回檔2.6個百分點。
