小警員　勇拒所長塗改筆錄

【戴之聖╱基隆報導】新北市一名派出所所長抓到毒蟲回所偵辦，由於該周毒品績效已達到，他打算將此案績效挪到下周，竟要求承辦警員塗改筆錄時間，因警員力抗拒絕同流合污，他轉而拿另一名休假警員的章偷蓋後，將案件移送偵查隊，督察組事後查出有異主動法辦，基隆地檢署日前將這名所長以偽造文書罪名提起公訴，專家痛斥：「實在太離譜了！」

檢察官調查，金山分局金山派出所所長金文貴（五十二歲），去年十二月十六日查獲劉姓少年疑施用Ｋ他命，逮捕帶回派出所偵辦時，他發現該周的毒品績效已足夠，因此打算將此案留到下周，他指示承辦的莊姓警員製作完筆錄後，將筆錄日期由十六日改成二十一日。
