中年婦肚積水　脹如籃球

【綜合報導】重慶一名41歲何姓女子，15年前肚子突然腫脹如同籃球般，大家都以為她懷孕，經醫院檢查才發現，她的腹腔內積了大量液體。10多年來，她一直靠利尿劑緩解病情，近日因腹部下腔靜脈血管堵塞，利尿劑失效，必須到醫院進行手術。

女子表示，當年因為肚脹，導致雙下肢出現浮腫腰圍增大。醫生曾替她將肚內的樍液抽出，腹部的腫脹一度消失，但翌日肚子又鼓脹起來。

上個月，何女士雙下肢浮腫加劇，血管曲張嚴重，利尿劑已沒有作用，她不得不來到新橋醫院消化內科檢查，經診斷發現腹部下腔靜脈狹窄，導致肝靜脈和下腔靜脈血無法正常回流到心房，造成腹部大量積水。

由於長期服用利尿劑，何女士內臟已出現病變。醫生隨即替她進行開胸、腹腔手術疏通血管後，她的浮腫、肚脹症狀已逐漸消退，腹圍從110公分縮小到了81公分的正常範圍。
