英兵遭霸凌　手腳被綑膠帶綁生殖器

【綜合報導】英國一名18歲軍人，駐派到德國，今年3月因拒絕和同僚外出喝酒，遭同僚用膠帶綑綁手腳，脫光褲子後在生殖器上也貼上膠布，並拍下照片還放上臉書，當時軍方發現照片，找來這名軍人調查，但他因為過度害怕，不敢說出實情，告訴軍方他不打算控告任何人，這只是同僚間的惡作劇。

霸凌發生後數月，他無法承受軍中壓力，逃跑回英國，因違反軍法，將被關入軍牢，這起霸凌事件因而被揭發，軍方表示將深入調查，絕不容許這類事情在軍中發生。
