請問 不喜歡建商的塑鋼門該如何處理較好

依照片的狀況來看,確實是有點晚了,
也可以了解建商為何不願意換,
換門框跟窗框其實是最麻煩的一件事,
如果浴廁防水跟磁磚已經做好的話更是麻煩中的麻煩,
我把流程說清楚一點.

1.打石,將門框打除,以及清潔相關的廢棄物
2.立框,換上新的門框,舊的呢?不知道,看是誰要花錢..
3.崁縫,門框周圍填縫
4.防水,門框周圍防水重新施作
5.泥作,門框內外側泥作重新粉刷施工
6.磁磚,購置新的磁磚並請師傅重新黏貼跟填縫
7.後續的油漆跟地磚工程須相對延後施作

流程大致如上,
再說清楚一點,也是錢跟工期的關係,
只要您願意花錢跟承受工期的損失,
相信建商一定是很樂意施作的,
如果您只是要建商把上述的費用跟工期因素全部概括承受的話,
自然而然就只能跟看起來很醜的門框一直生活下去了...
