接國防部長 楊念祖：忠誠度毫無瑕疵

【何哲欣／台北報導】國防部副部長楊念祖明天將接任部長，他上午到立法院外交及國防委員會備詢，綠委蔡煌瑯質詢說，支持楊當強勢的文人部長，呼籲楊要大破大立，挺起腰桿，不要羊入虎口，變誤入叢林的小白兔。楊說，會全力以赴。

蔡煌瑯也質疑指出，國安系統質疑楊過去曾接受軍情局委託，常到中國研究，但遭楊否認。楊念祖說，不曾接受軍情局委託去中國研究，接任部長後也會遵守《憲法》相關規定，「忠誠度毫無瑕疵」。
