餐廳名稱：阿卿杏仁茶 消費時間：2013/07/20 地址：台南市中西區保安路82號 電話：06-226-2799 營業時間：PM2:00~PM11:00 (如提早賣完就收) 公休日：無 每人平均價位：30-50元 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色：杏仁茶 & 燒餅 圖文網誌：http://literaryouth.pixnet.net/blog/post/165452243 --------------------------------------------------------------- 阿卿杏仁茶在這裡開業不算久，但是其美味程度， 排起隊也不輸隔壁幾間的阿明豬心，如果不想花時間排隊， 還是平日來吃比較適當。 主要是甜湯類，主打杏仁茶，夏天還有香甜沁涼的綠豆蒜。 招牌杏仁茶其實就是杏仁米漿，選用甜杏仁與在來米研磨熬煮。 使用天然食材不會有刺鼻味，聞起來不會刺激嗅覺， 而是淡淡杏仁香；喝起來的口感帶有細細的顆粒感， 質地相當稠，用吸管要用點力氣。 甜燒餅外皮酥脆，不至於乾硬，白糖經過烘烤後，已經融成糖漿， 佈滿整個內壁，但吃起來不會太甜。燒餅皮的口感和香氣， 加上白糖的甜蜜，還有咀嚼時爆發出來的芝麻香，真是絕妙的一品。 可惜剛用完餐，只得下次再試試綠豆椪跟鹹燒餅 杏仁紅豆湯，一端上來看到整碗白白的，我們還以為是送錯了， 原來內有乾坤，紅豆藏在杏仁裡！紅豆粒粒飽滿，煮得很透， 和杏仁茶一起入口，紅豆與杏仁香氣雖然都強烈，但味道很搭。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.171.177.218
