國際經濟情勢前景不明，加上奢侈稅修法方向擬趨嚴，已有屋主考慮獲利了解，開始拋出手中物件到市場上試水溫，根據房屋網站統計，5、6月份台北市委售物件有4%的增幅，其中，松山區增幅達27%，信義區、士林區也都有1成以上的增幅。

美國QE退場的消息，引發全球股市震溫，連帶衝擊國內房市交易情況，根據好房網統計今年5、6月份的北市委售物件量發現，台北市整體增加幅度有4%，其中，松山區最高，有27%的驚人增幅，其次是信義區、士林區也都分別增加14%、12%。

至於委售物件量下滑的行政區則多集中在市郊區，分別為大同區減少28%、北投區減少9%、南港區減少4%。好房網總編輯吳光中表示，由於目前除了國際經濟情勢不佳外，還有奢侈稅修法延長課稅年限等討論，導致屋主持有風險及成本攀高，考慮獲利了結，試著開始拋出手中物件，丟到市場試水溫、測行情。

根據好房網統計，隨著奢侈稅2年閉鎖期開放，以及數波實價揭露後，市場交易資訊愈來愈公開、透明，觀察台北市賣方開價，除了內湖區、中山區、中正區開價上調超過2%以外，其餘行政區開價變化增幅都落在2%以內，不過，近期松山區由於釋出量大，屋主為提高成交機會，此時反而願意微幅降價，每坪開價平均從89.9萬元略降為89.5萬元，修正幅度為0.4%。
