標題[請益] 鴻海新鮮人請益

小弟是社會新鮮人,第一份工作就是鎖定鴻海新幹班, 覺得鴻海機會很多,很有發展性! 但真正做功課以後,發現一些令人難過的狀況... 新幹班美其名...(官方網站很多故事) 但是事實上升遷速度以及加薪幅度比起來...還不如先去小公司再用跳進鴻海... 最近跟幾個有新幹班offer的新鮮人同學們聊天,大家對這樣的狀況還挺失望的... 覺得乾脆先去其他公司好了... 想請教版上有經驗的前輩們,就著升遷機會以及加薪幅度來說, 鴻海是不是用跳槽的方式進去會比較合適呢? 謝謝~! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 219.85.202.87 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1405954952.A.B57.html
