社會傳真機－李珍妮告經紀 被告否認詐欺

被爆與聯電榮譽副董事長宣明智發生婚外情的社交名媛李珍妮，控告永達保險經紀人公司經理陳世卿、楊碧玲夫婦向她推銷為期二十年的儲蓄型鉅額保單，涉嫌詐欺，雖經檢方不起訴，李不服聲請再議，高檢署發回台北地檢署續查。北檢十九日上午再度傳喚陳、楊兩人，兩人均否認詐欺，檢方將進一步查證。
