台灣被列狂犬病疫區，日本更改台貓狗入境日本規定

【綜合報導】台灣被列狂犬疫區，防檢局局長張淑賢今表示，日本已改變台灣輸出貓狗等到日本的規定，過去我年疫區，貓狗要輸日，只要3個月前打疫苗，到當地抽血檢驗抗體濃度符合世界動物組織標準就會放行，但列疫區後，日本昨已要求改變檢疫做法，要求我檢疫證書上的非疫區等字須刪除，貓狗到日本前3個月要採血，看有無狂犬病毒的抗體，才能進入日本，抗體未達此標準就不能進入日本。
 
對於美國、西歐等對野生動物會投藥，張淑賢說，美國、西歐是狂犬病疫區，台灣現僅零星個案，需請專家學者進行評估，且口服疫苗仍有風險。此外，防檢局也要了解美國怎麼做，這些都需要一點時間。
