洪仲丘案被控湮滅證據 桃檢介入偵辦

桃園地檢署今(20)晚證實，已收到軍檢署將陸軍269旅政戰主任陳毅銘被控湮滅錄影證據的函送公文，並分他案指派重大刑案專責組主任檢察官王以文及檢察官林劭燁偵辦。

桃檢表示，這是因為《陸海空軍刑法》中沒有《湮滅証據》的法條可以偵辦，軍方才會把涉嫌《刑法》165條《湮滅証據》的部分函送所轄地檢署偵辦。

桃檢襄閱主任檢察官戴文亮對媒體表示，除了積極偵辦洪仲丘案《湮滅証據》部份外，也會就有關連性的部分予以軍方協助，並做必要處置。
