大約一年多 U型的痘痘(下巴至耳下) 不斷的循環冒出來 有去診所做了杏仁酸 但是都一下又開始冒痘痘了 每天也是A酸努力擦擦擦 也有防曬 但應該是代謝變慢了 痘子跟粉刺還是很任性的不斷冒出來~~~ 舊的痘痘痘疤色素沉澱都還沒離開我的臉 新的又開始長 實在是非常苦惱阿.... 平常飲食不太吃炸跟辣 所以覺得想要試試看中醫調整 想要問問各路大大 推薦台北還不錯看中醫有健保的診所 如果在松山區附近尤佳 麻煩大家經驗分享拜託.....>※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.136.45.38
