運用人臉辨識系統 警助失智翁返家

花蓮一名103歲的老翁獨自外出散步，但疑似失智，忘了該怎麼回家，被人發現獨自坐在草叢中，警方發現後利用人臉辨識系統，順利查出身份，將這名人瑞平安送回家。

這名就住在吉安鄉南華派出所附近的左姓老翁，被發現時一個人坐在草地上，因為天氣寒冷被路人通報，警方趕到現場時，老翁全身髒汙已經無法說出自己身份及住的地方，警方立即將人送到派出所，喝茶取暖，警方研判應該是失智而走失的老人，因此取出警用人臉辨識系統，很快查出是住在派出所附近的住戶，因此通知家人帶老翁回家。

老翁家人表示，父親身體還很爽朗，吃完早餐出去散步後就失去蹤影，家人正在找他就接獲警方通報，很感謝警方能在第一時間幫忙找到人。
