頂新集團承諾的30億元食安基金已經在周五(23日)到位，而行政院也已表達不收受頂新捐贈一事，頂新今(24)日回應表示，「尊重行政院的決定，但頂新集團投入食安公益的立場與決心不會有任何改變」。

頂新在22日還清頂率違約的65億元貸款後，23日也將說好的30億元食安基金匯回台灣，不過，對於30億元食安基金到位，行政院表達不收受頂新捐贈的態度。

頂新集團回應指出，「尊重行政院的決定，但頂新集團投入食安公益的立場與決心不會有任何改變；至於基金的運用規劃，會尊重尹總裁的指教與社會各界的意見！」
