小弟我想選購一台筆電請建議

這次想購買筆電是第一次。對於規格不是很清楚
但我的預算在2萬內。我的需求只是上上網看一些電影
還有一些照片處理照片只是一些從手機拍回來的生活照
還有我目前環境只能用Wifi上網這樣是不是多少會影響到上網速度真要上網速度快一些除了筆電好之外網路還是接網路線對不對因為還會利用網路繳款所以在開啟網路需快一些。目前是跟人家借一台 5年前的筆電上網速度讓我快瘋了處理一些程式慢到不行所以請各位建議一下。謝謝~~~
