金州勇士24日出戰沙加緬度國王，射手Klay Thompson第3「節」狂飆37分，全場52分，締造一籮筐紀錄。

Thompson第1節投進2記三分球，第2節3投盡墨，上半場得到13分，這時沒有人發現，史上最偉大紀錄之一即將在他們眼前上演。

易籃再戰，Thompson單節13次出手全進，當中9記是三分球，加上2罰2中，單節狂轟37分，超越2008年Anthony、1978年「冰人」George Gervin的單節33分紀錄，史上留名。

Thompson全場三分球15投11中，命中率高達73.3%，是史上單場三分出手至少15次的球員中命中率最高者，原紀錄保持人是Deron Williams於2013年締造的68.8%。
