請問快速捲門軌道公差問題?

是這樣的，小弟家裡裝修換了快速捲門，搭的是不銹鋼門片，

而一邊的軌道由上至下歪了快2公分有，

而門片放下到離地快100公分的時候整個聲音變超大聲的，

因為軌道都已經埋進去磚牆裡了，上面的採光罩(玻璃)也都壓上去了，

看情況時無法打掉重練...

施工的廠商也一直請不過來修理，好家在工程款尚未結清，

這樣的情況下到時可以扣工錢嗎?

還是可以要求延長保固呢?(合約保固一年)

麻煩大大可以給我些建議，謝謝了~~
