朋友在票可易(ticketbis)網站上買演唱會的票 (已經在網路上刷卡了) 可是後來因為發現演唱會那天有事所以想轉賣現在的問題是(包括我自己好奇) 1 如果買的時候賣家的寄送日期是演唱會前幾天(演唱會是幾個月後的事) 那我朋友現在手中無票如果在票可易進行販售若賣方未按時寄送是不是我朋友就有可能也無法屢行自己是賣方要按時寄送的責任？如果一般遇到這樣的情形要怎樣才能在風險比較低的情況下轉售呢？ 2 (這是我自己好奇問的) 我朋友是在網路上以刷卡的方式付款我一直以為刷卡是店家才能用的付款方式賣家若是一般民眾刷卡的話錢是會由銀行匯進對方留的帳號裡嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 115.43.140.158 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1420647406.A.509.html
