新北市1名檳榔西施（20歲）去年到檳榔攤當學徒，並和林姓老闆、老闆的翁姓女友同住，三人常聊性愛話題，翁女還拿跳蛋幫西施自慰，沒想到2個月後卻遭控告性侵。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，檳榔西施去年6月和林姓老闆及其翁姓女友同住，3人常聊性愛話題，6月中旬翁女拿跳蛋讓西施體驗，幾天後西施又要求翁女教她如何按摩自慰，過程中西施曾幫林體口交，但2個月後翁女卻控告2人聯手性侵，但林男駁斥「是妳要的耶！」質疑因因辭退西施遭報復。新北地檢署昨以西施前後指控不一，全案證據不足等理由，處分不起訴老闆和女友。（胡治言／綜合報導）
