南台科大、亞松森大學簽署學術合作

巴拉圭亞松森大學校長貝拉達及夫人與國際及兩岸教育司徐麗天主事蒞臨南臺科技大學訪問，並簽署兩校學術合作及交換學生合約。此次貝拉達校長及夫人前來訪問及簽約，由南臺科技大學戴謙校長親自接待，戴謙校長過去擔任畜產試驗所所長及南科管理局局長的期間都曾參與與巴拉圭的合作案，此次與巴拉圭簽約感到分外親切，未來也願意擔任臺灣與巴拉圭學界及業界交流的橋樑。
