陸客闖機房 NCC罰中華電信30萬以上

中華電信機房遭大陸觀光客混入拍照，引發外界關注。國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）發表聲明，嚴正要求中華電信徹底檢討機房安全門禁管制機制，同時將依電信法第63條規定，裁罰新台幣30萬以上、300萬元以下罰鍰，並通知限期改善。

中華電信則表示，經過查證，確認機房內各項設施和纜線都沒有遭到破壞或異常，而這個機房為公司設置的一般等級交換機房，提供的服務包括市話、長途及寬頻上網服務，由於服務區域是住宅區和商業區，沒有洩漏國安情資的疑慮。中華電信也已經對違規員工記一大過、降等一級，並調離同單位。
