財金首長未定大戶條款停審

立法院財政委員會原訂3日審查第三方支付條款、4日審查《證所稅》大戶條款，但因內閣總辭、財金首長也出缺，因此朝野決定暫停審查相關法案。

財委會原訂本周審查《電子支付機構管理條例草案》以及《證所稅》大戶條款，但由於江內閣總辭，政務首長請假，僅由常務次長列席立法院。

立委上午便進行程序發言，討論如何因應。雖有國民黨立委李貴敏主張應繼續審議，但綠委吳秉睿和薛凌、藍委賴士葆等人都認為，應待新內閣正式上任，才有辦法針對政府政策質詢，經過討論協商之後，決定在內閣團隊都確定以前，法案暫不審查。
