有人遇過這種情況嗎?

最近家裡的電腦出現一個很怪的狀況，開機後只要語言列沒出現就無法用IE上網但是用chrome卻可以。

但是只要語言列有出現就可以用IE上網，我有試過網路上的一些方法包含進去regedit更改數值。

或是在cmd底下重新登錄dll檔也是沒有辦法有效解決，請問這種症狀有辦法解除嗎?

系統是WIN7 X64，主機板P5KPL-AM電容無凸起跟爆漿，ram也確定沒問題。
