人工島挨批陸嗆美造島有理

（法新社北京24日電）中國大陸在有主權爭議的南海建造人工島，引發美國批評。解放軍高階將領今天回嗆美方，捍衛造島計畫的「正當性」。

人民解放軍少將羅援告訴大陸國營「環球時報」（Global Times），北京在南海珊瑚礁島興建基礎建設，美國不應插手。

環球時報引述羅援報導：「美國顯然有偏見，因為菲律賓、馬來西亞、越南早已建設了軍事設施。」

「中國可能頂住國際壓力繼續造島，因為此舉完全合法且有正當性。」
