台灣勞工苦啊　明年調薪率亞洲倒數第二

跨國人資顧問公司ECA International今天公布最新薪酬趨勢調查，針對66國340家跨國企業所提供的資料調查，發現台灣企業員工在明年可望有4％的薪資成長，在扣除通膨因素後實質成長為2％。ECA表示，此調幅與今年相同，但僅高於日本的2.3%，讓台灣成為亞洲明年薪資成長第二低的國家。
 
ECA的報告指出，明年亞洲區調薪率平均達7.2%。在扣除通膨因素後，亞洲區的實際薪資增長平均為2.7%，高於其他受調查地區。
 
根據ECA提供排名資料，明年亞洲實際薪酬成長最多的地區是巴基斯坦，在全球排第3名。中國大陸排亞洲第7名，南韓和香港並列第12名，新加坡第15名，台灣排第16名，最後一名則是日本。（唐鎮宇／台北報導）
