罰金躲掉18.5億　大統1584萬入帳彰化縣庫

去年發生大統混油案，迄今1年，當初彰化縣衛生局開罰18.5億元被撤銷，裁定1584萬元，大統公司昨把1584萬元匯入縣庫。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，彰化縣衛生局去年根據衛生福利部建議，開出懲罰性的鉅額行政罰鍰18.5億元，向黑心企業追討不法利得。大統提出行政訴願，衛福部事後以「一罪不二罰」，刑罰優先於行政裁罰，大統最後罰1584萬元。

該筆罰鍰昨匯入縣庫，彰化縣衛生局說「嘸魚，蝦嘛好」盼未來為食安做些事情。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
