王金平敲槌通過「教育會法修正案」

有鑑於公民與政治權利國際公約及經濟社會文化權利國際公約明確規範政府必須尊重人民團體自治自律原則，並落實政府管理最小化，使人民團體享有更多自主空間，立法院長王金平敲槌宣布三讀通過「教育會法修正案」，未來教育會要設辦事處，只要經委員大會決議即可。
