花旗投顧負責人王進彰表示，2014年以來，全球經濟成長腳步明顯不及股市指數漲幅，顯示股市成長缺乏經濟基本面支撐，背後所隱藏的難題，便是主要經濟體的負債過高。

王進彰指出，檢視全球私人和公共負債占國家總產出比例，不僅會發現負債比最高的前5大經濟體，包括日本、英國、歐元區、中國大陸、美國，更能看出多數國家在金融海嘯後，負債比不降反升。

同時，觀察2001至2013年以來，全球總負債占經濟總產出與經濟成長率的關係，也會發現在超過特定臨界點後，全球負債越高，經濟成長則會趨緩，顯見負債對全球經濟的潛在衝擊。

統計數字顯示，美國股市面臨超過5%的修正頻率為每年3次、超過10%的修正頻率為每年1次、超過15%的修正頻率為每2年1次，超過20%的修正頻率為每3.5年1次。

他強調，美股今年以來的修正幅度約為8%，並不算大，下修的可能性依然存在。在這樣的環境下，花旗投顧認為，投資人或可適度布局美元計價的高收益債，或固定收益商品；股票方面，以高股息股票為佳。(中央社)
