中國近百城市房價連5跌　陸祭出「畢業買房享補貼」

據中國指數研究院數據顯示，大陸房市9月跌幅持續擴大，近百城市的平均房價每平方公尺為10672元人民幣（約5.1萬台幣），比8月還下跌0.92％。為拯救房市買氣，《新華社》報導指出，寧波市近日公布一項救房措施，針對畢業10年內首次買房的大學畢業生，凡是購買20坪以下的房子，就會按房價的1％發放補貼金額，介於20坪～42坪的房子，補貼房價的0.75％。 大陸房市急遽降溫之下，過去曾爆發不少負面消息，例如《經濟參考報》指出，內蒙古、江蘇和浙江等地，陸續出現屋主寧可「棄房」也不繳貸款的現象。《中央社》報導指出，在北方10多個省分擁有逾千家分店的興麟房仲公司，總部位在寧夏回族自治區，連同該區的120家分店一夕之間同時關門，其後各省分店也相繼關閉，負責人吳秉麟則涉嫌帶走數十億人民幣（約47億台幣以上）潛逃。
