松山高中在第二屆信念盃全勝封王，從小後衛到大中鋒戰力都高人一等，但有位球員絕對值得鼓勵、注意，他是前鋒陳偉錚。

陳偉錚今年高三，去年因左腳小指骨裂錯過HBL八強賽，球隊也沒能挺進四強，回想當時的悔恨，個性內向的他還是很不甘心。

「醫生說我必須休息3個月，當場就崩潰了。」陳偉錚笑說：「沒有大哭啦，小哭而已。」

眼睜睜看著隊友遭淘汰，陳偉錚直到今天依然相當懊惱，「很想上去幫助球隊，如果有些改變，搞不好會贏。」他說。

防守為主的陳偉錚在信念盃表現傑出，身體素質出色，對后綜高中一役5度「進算加罰」獨得28分、10籃板，助隊擊退東道主，教練黃萬隆賽後特地點名他的表現令人驚艷。
