第三人責任險,這樣會理賠嗎 ?

剛在打擊練習場,準備要回家時,倒車不小心A到後方的休旅車,對方的車後保桿約有兩公分擦傷
沒有掉漆,對方說會保養廠用粗臘推看看,若不ok可能就送烤漆,就留了雙方電話就離開

若到時候需要用到第三人責任險去理賠,可以事後去警察局備案嗎 ? 還是當下就要請警察來筆錄呢 ?
停車場屬於私人土地,並不是道路,這樣會理賠嗎 ?

我的產險公司是國泰產險,麻煩有經驗的可以協助一下
