頂新正義油品中招 　飼料油混充食用油

台南地檢署日前根據情資，指頂新味全集團旗下正義公司一名前處長吳容合，離職後另外開新企業鑫好公司，涉嫌向三家公司收購飼料用油後，偽稱食用豬油賣給正義公司，正義公司再混摻食用豬油，製成2.4公升及18公升的「維力清香油」、「維力香豬油」、「正義香豬油」、15公斤桶裝豬油、180公斤的精緻豬油產品、動物性配方的烘焙油脂及客製化商品等油品，銷往連鎖賣場。
 
南檢吳容合自2012年，就開始購買飼料用油銷給正義公司，光是2014年2月到5月止，正義公司就購入424公噸問題油品製油，南檢周一搜索吳容合公司，並將他帶回調查，認定其涉及《刑法》詐欺罪、《食品衛生管理法》，今天凌晨收押禁見。（辛啟松／台南報導）
