Dear All

小弟上個月9/2到遠傳,這個月收到帳單(9/3~10/2)時,覺得金額有點怪怪? 越想越不對

打給客服,客服查了也覺得奇怪,但當下說可能是我NP出帳單周期的問題,應該是9/2沒扣款

累積到這期,但我9/2早就有一筆帳單(連一天也給我出帳單=.=) 根本不是這問題,

我很不高興跟客服講,後來才道歉說他們會再查明後給我回覆,

網路費率一個月流量不超過 1024mb+80mb 就是100元,但看帳單算起來是多24~25元

雖然是小錢,但若不注意,他們就這樣偷偷卡油,況且他們有幾百萬個用戶,

誰會天天看帳單明細,我也只是剛好想說一開始看一下,就被我抓到遠傳卡油水的問題!

只是提醒大家若用遠傳的用戶還是多留意自己帳單,謝謝~
