蘋果日報-台股第4箭 11/10上路
為燒熱台股冷灶，金管會昨射台股第4箭，大幅鬆綁信用交易相關機制，要大戶、散戶內資歸隊彌補外資出走的量能缺口。金管會主委曾銘宗昨說，11月4大措施上路後，預估半年內成交量可擴增3~5%，希望交易量可回到上市櫃合計1150億元的正常水準。

金管會昨（7）日射出振興股市的第四箭，宣布活絡股市四大措施，大幅放寬信用交易規定，包括取消資券相抵限額、提高多項融資融券限額及上櫃股票融資比率等，以提振台股量能，預估半年內成交量可增加3%到5%。

要在半年內拉升股市交易量至少3～5％，金管會主委曾銘宗昨（7）日宣布活絡台股的新四箭，包括開放資券互抵不計入融資融券餘額；提高上櫃融資上限到6成；提高單戶、單股融資融券限額，券商融券上限則拉到1.2億元；第4季也將加辦優質企業業績說明會等四大措施。
