「我不知道她未成年...」　愛愛2次遭逮

基隆市1名21歲陳姓男子，今年3月在網路認識一名15歲國中少女，2人在網路上換照後，陳男發現少女身材玲瓏有緻，2人碰面後相談甚歡決定交往。陳男分別在3月28、29日，帶少女返家發生性關係。事後2人戀情被少女家長發現，怒告陳男性侵。
 
陳男向警方表示，「我們是男女朋友，不知道對方未成年。」坦承2人在你情我願下，發生性行為。日前全案偵辦終結，檢方認為陳男自白犯罪行為，依妨害性自主對陳男聲請簡易判決。（陳偉周／基隆報導）
